i came across this quote in "Autobiography of a Yogi" (amazing!!). being of busy mind and ever shifting emotion, for me this profound scripture is a reminder to make time for stillness, time for self. to carve out space free of the bonds of obligation, of doing, of pleasing others. nurture and grow this space and it will expand heart, mind and soul. may it be so.
